In late May, installation of ticket validator machines will begin on CTrain platforms throughout the system. Once installation is complete, electronic tickets (through our My Fare and Transit apps) will need to be validated on our platforms, before boarding the CTrain.

From Saturday, May 17 to the very early hours of Tuesday, May 20, 2025, all downtown stations along 7 Avenue, as well as Victoria Park/Stampede Station and a few surrounding stations, will be closed. Shuttle buses will replace CTrain service between affected stations, downtown included.

Beginning May 8, to avoid delivery delays during a potential Canada Post strike, we're disabling the online ordering of paper fare products (monthly, books of single ride tickets, senior passes and low income passes) and garbage tags from our eStore.

Over the Victoria Day long weekend, we adjust our service hours. Use our trip planner to see when your bus is running.

On Monday, May 19, we will be operating buses, CTrains and On Demand on a Sunday level of service.

This year’s spring service changes begin March 17.
