Changes to On Demand in Carrington/Livingston

Beginning March 27, Calgary Transit’s On Demand service will be delivered using a new app, On Demand Calgary Transit.

This service, offered in the communities of Carrington and Livingston, allows customers to book a trip as needed, using an app on their smartphone. It’s a way that Calgary Transit can provide public transportation service in communities that don’t yet have the population to demand traditional fixed bus routes. 

On Demand service will now be provided by Via Transportation, using the On Demand Calgary Transit app, which can be downloaded here on mobile (please note, the link will not work on desktop.) Customers can download the app and set up their account starting March 24. Trips can be booked starting March 27.
