We’re making it easier to reach us

We’re updating our Call Centre hours so it’s easier to get in touch when you need us. Starting September 8, you’ll be able to reach us every day from 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., including weekends and holidays.
We’ve also introduced a new email address to make things even more convenient: TransitContact@calgary.ca
Whether you prefer to call us at 403-262-1000, send us an email, or submit a request through 311, we’re here and ready to help.
Current Call Centre hours (until September 8)
- 7 a.m. - 8 p.m., Monday – Friday
- 8 a.m. - 6 p.m., weekends
- Closed holidays
