Monthly Passes
In addition to single tickets, we offer a variety of Monthly Passes.
These passes are valid for one calendar month and allow you unlimited rides on Calgary Transit during the one-month period. Monthly Passes can be purchased at a variety of locations.

Adult Monthly Passes
Available for those 18 years and older.

Youth Monthly Pass
Available for those 13-17 years of age.

Low Income Monthly Pass
Our Low Income Monthly Pass uses a sliding scale system that assigns a purchase price based on income.
Annual Passes & UPass
We also offer a Seniors Annual Transit Pass, Low Income Seniors Annual Transit Pass, and the UPass.

If you are 65 or older the Regular Seniors Annual Transit Pass is for you!

Low Income Seniors Annual Transit Pass
Depending on your income, you may be eligible for a Low Income Seniors Annual Transit Pass.

UPass
We’ve teamed up with post-secondary schools in Calgary to offer students a reduced fare based on a four month semester.
Day Passes
Day Passes are available for purchase at ticket vending machines at all CTrain stations, on the My Fare app and Transit app and are valid from when you buy the pass until the end of service that day.
Riding with a pass
Pass holders should show their pass to the bus drivers or scan their My Fare or Transit app pass on the onboard validators when boarding a bus, or be able to present the pass to our Calgary Transit Peace Officers when requested on the CTrain.
Please note, we don’t issue replacement passes for lost or stolen passes.
