Please note that on October 26 between 8 a.m. to 10 a.m., our real-time information system and trip planning system will be down for maintenance. During this time there will be no real-time information on our website, Transit app, Teletext, or Teleride. Trip planning, schedule information, and route maps will also be unavailable on our website. You can find your scheduled arrival times by using Transit app, Teletext, and Teleride. Reserved parking spots are designated reserved from 2 a.m. to 10 a.m. on weekdays and cost $90.00 per month plus GST.

Use our easy-to-use online reserved parking system to reserve your spot and set up your automatic monthly credit card payments.

Here’s how you can reserve your spot today:

  1. Create a myID account
  2. When logged in, select "Open a Service", then "Calgary Transit (CT) Reserved Parking". Click "Apply for Reserved Parking" to make your reservation.

To view or make changes to your reserved parking account, please login to your myID account.

Wait list

Have you been placed on the wait list? Once a spot becomes available at your preferred lot, we will send you an email with a reserved parking offer. You have 24 hours to respond to the email or the spot will be offered to the next person on the list. If you do not respond to an email offer the system will remove you from the wait list.

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for the current month. We will refund your upcoming month(s) payment(s) minus a $20 admin fee.
