How do I apply for reserved parking?
To apply for monthly parking, login to your myID account. Once logged in, select “Open a Service,” then “Calgary Transit (CT) Reserved Parking.”
- On the left-hand side menu click Apply for Reserved Parking.
- Enter a location to find your LRT parking lot. Use the map and click on the green pin to select the parking lot.
- Enter the number of stalls and click Select beside the vehicle type you would like.
- Indicate your preferred start date and then click Apply. Please note that there is no reduction of reserved parking fees if your preferred start date is after the 1st of the month.
- If there are not enough stalls available, click Notify Me to be put on the wait list. You will be sent an email when the stall(s) become available and you will have 72 hours to accept or reject the offer.
- Provide your contact information. Accept the Monthly Parking Terms and Conditions to continue.
- Select your preferred payment type from the drop-down menu and provide your payment information.
- Review your application details and click Submit.
How do I manage my reserved parking?
To manage your monthly parking, login to your myID account. Once logged in, select “Open a Service,” then “Calgary Transit (CT) Reserved Parking.”
- On the left-hand side menu click Manage Reserved Parking.
- If you have one stall:
- Click Edit My Licence Plate List to add and activate your licence plate(s).
- You can activate up to three (3) licence plates per stall but only one (1) vehicle can be parked at a time.
- If you have multiple stalls, you must activate your licence plate(s) for each stall:
- Click Edit My Licence Plate List to add your licence plate(s).
- Click Edit beside the stall you want to manage and click the switch next to the licence plate(s) to indicate which have active sessions. Once active the switch will be green. Click Save.
Please ensure you activate the correct licence plate(s) so you don’t receive a parking ticket.
How do I cancel my reserved parking?
To cancel your monthly parking, login to your myID account. Once logged in, select “Open a Service,” then “Calgary Transit (CT) Reserved Parking.”
- On the left-hand side menu click Manage Reserved Parking.
- Click Cancel Reserved Parking or Cancel Stall if you only want to cancel one stall. Your reservation will expire at the end of that month.
How do I edit my payment information?
To edit your payment information, login to your myID account. Once logged in, select “Open a Service,” then “Calgary Transit (CT) Reserved Parking.”
- On the left-hand side menu click Manage Reserved Parking.
- Click Payment Information and then Edit Payment Information.
- Select your payment type to edit payment information and click Submit.
When are my reserved parking fees due?
Parking fees are due in advance on the first (1st) day of each month. Existing customers that have not made payment by the 1st of the month will have their reserved spots revoked and offered to customers on the waitlist.
